Pricing
Our prices begin at $4.50 per serving for rolled fondant cakes. We prefer working with rolled fondant, as it allows you many more decorating options, seals the cake better and allow us to use our very popular buttercream icing underneath it. Our butter cream is all butter, no shortening and not so sweet. It is a real crowd pleaser.
We are trained in all phases of cake design, so we can do very elaborate, labor intensive designs, or simple straight forward designs. The price reflects the labor involved in the cake design.
We use a great European fondant that has a delicious taste. Fondant comes in many brands and varieties. Some taste pretty bad, some very good. We use a premium fondant that is worth the extra cost,, it tastes delicious. We also offer "back up" cakes or "kitchen cakes" that are not sheet cakes, but fully filled 3 layer cakes. They are completely iced and filled, just not decorated. They are cut in the "kitchen" and served to your guests. They are available at a reduced cost. All of our cakes are made from scratch(including our backup cakes) using real butter and exceptional ingredients. Regardless of how your cake is decorated, the inside will be the same delicious cake as our most elaborately decorated masterpieces. Delivery is included in the metropolitan Twin Cities seven county area for cakes $450 or over. There is round trip mileage charge for cakes delivered outside the metropolitan Twin Cities area.
We have a minimum charge of $175 per order.
