Inspired by a cake by
Sylvia Weinstock,
these sugar paste
peonies, roses and
hydrangeas look like
they came from the
garden, but we made
them all with
sugarpaste.
Underneath the pale
green fondant was a
white chocolate
raspberry cake and a
Bailey's chocolate
fudge cake.
