We began this business because we love great cakes. Cakes are creative and
cakes are fun. Classically trained in the fine and confectioners arts we have
studied with some of the best cake designers in the business, Colette Peters,
Nicholas Lodge, Mark Seaman and Lori Bradock to name a few. We've studied
with the best to bring their influence and artistry to the Twin Cities area.
